Redness – Redness can involve one or both eyes. It can be more during morning hours.
Watering and discharge- You may have difficulty opening your eyes in morning. The discharge may look like pus or it may be watery.
Pain – Pain and burning sensation more towards evening.
Blurring of vision- In some cases infection can involve your cornea, the black circle in your eye, that can lead to blurring.
Bleeding from eyes- In severe cases there can be bleeding from eyes.
